Pete Fiacco is a technology executive, visionary and serial entrepreneur with a remarkable track record that extends over two decades. His background includes extensive experience directing global engineering teams in technology sectors ranging from semiconductors and storage to autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence. He co-founded and headed engineering for networking giant Emulex until its acquisition by Avago (now Broadcom) in 2014, helping drive more than $4 billion in cumulative revenue for stakeholders.
Fiacco holds multiple degrees in electrical and computer engineering, and has 15 US and international patents. He is also an active member of the technology community and serves on a number of academic, investment and business leadership advisory boards.

Sage Osterfeld is a results-driven senior-level marketing and product management executive with a background spanning more than 25 years in the software, Internet, mobile and wireless industries. Knowledgeable, efficient and excellent both in strategic thinking and tactical execution, his extensive hands-on experience in product development, marketing, and communications has helped nearly a dozen early-stage, post-funding and pre-ipo technology firms achieve their goals.
Osterfeld’s work has earned him accolades from educational and professional organizations including the California Science Implementation Network and Public Relations Society of America. He was also named “Smart CXO of the Year” by SmartCEO Magazine in 2014 and has appeared in numerous national media including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Fox News.
Dipak Shah is an innovative and accomplished leader with 30+ years of experience in founding, developing and managing enterprise software, financial technology and SaaS companies. A results-focused entrepreneur, Shah’s background includes roles in engineering, sales, finance, and operations where he has helped to grow organizations from inception to upwards of $750 million in revenue. He has raised nearly $1.5 billion from angel, venture and private equity funds and helped deliver multiple successful exits and IPOs for his shareholders.
Shah holds bachelors and masters degrees in electrical engineering from Wichita State University, and an MBA in finance and business strategy from the University of California, Irvine.
