A commercial architect-turned-construction superintendent-turned-software architect, Hall is the brain trust behind our flagship building intelligence platform. In 2010, he conceived a technology platform that would improve accuracy and efficiency during the construction process, and over the years has evolved the system into an advanced cloud and mobile solution that combines building information modeling, facilities maintenance and management, and the latest sensor and IoT technologies. That solution, Site 1001, is now the most advanced smart building platform on the market. From design inception, through construction and into operation and maintenance, architects, contractors, owners and operators all have a single, data-driven platform to manage the building lifecycle.
Hall is a frequent speaker on the subjects of smart cities, building evolution, the Internet of Things, and how technology adoption and automation can improve traditionally “non-technical” industries such as construction, government and infrastructure.
Chief Marketing Officer
Sage Osterfeld is a results-driven senior-level marketing and product management executive with a background spanning more than 25 years in the software, Internet, mobile and wireless industries. Knowledgeable, efficient and excellent both in strategic thinking and tactical execution, his extensive hands-on experience in product development, marketing, and communications has helped nearly a dozen early-stage, post-funding and pre-ipo technology firms achieve their goals.
Osterfeld’s work has earned him accolades from educational and professional organizations including the California Science Implementation Network and Public Relations Society of America. He was also named “Smart CXO of the Year” by SmartCEO Magazine in 2014 and has appeared in numerous national media including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Fox News.
Chief Revenue Officer
Keith Stewart is a proven sales leader with extensive experience in Asset and Facilities Management, Internet of Things, and Industry 4.0. An expert in Smart Building technologies and evangelist for digital transformation, prior to joining Site 1001 Stewart spent more than a decade with IBM, initially focused on project and program management for large retailers and eventually transitioning to a worldwide sales leadership role in enterprise software. Most recently he was a Director of Worldwide Solutions for IBM’s Watson IoT unit with a focus on the industrial sector.
As CRO, Stewart is responsible for client acquisition and value creation, as well as helping to create and nurture Site 1001’s smart building ecosystem that begins with design, construction, commissioning and handover, and extends all the way through operations, maintenance and decommissioning.

An adept negotiator and strategist, Thad possesses a singular drive and management philosophy that has consistently lead a wide range of organizations to increased market share, rapid revenue growth, and successful exits for over 15 years.
